311 FRIENDS...HAPPY WEEKEND TO YOU.

311 DAY / LIMITED AMOUNT OF EXTRA TICKETS GOING ON SALE MONDAY!
Approximately 200 More Tickets for 311 DAY 2010 in Las Vegas will go on sale at Ticketmaster this Monday, 11/23 at 12Noon PST. After 311's Production Team returned to the venue to review sightlines, they determined that these seats could be made available for the show. On that note, some tickets in Sections 113, 123, 124, 125, 126, 101 and 102 will be made available. Please refer to the seat map below to see the locations of these sections.

Seats in all sections of the arena will be sold (even behind the stage and at sides of the stage). But, this is not a full "in the round" show. The stage will be in the normal position at the back of the floor. The show is being designed so there is no obstruction (or very limited obstruction) for people sitting at the side of the stage or behind the stage. The band members may turn to face the crowd in every portion of the arena - but, the band will be facing forward for the majority of the show performance. Click the seat map link to view all seating options in the arena. This is a fairly intimate arena - and any seat is a good seat at 311 Day!

SA / DJ SET AFTER ATLANTIC CITY SHOW TONIGHT
SA Martinez will be DJ'ing an after-party at Club Mixx in the Borgata Casino tonight, after the show. He will DJ for one hour...probably 11:45 - 12:45. We were just informed that Club Mixx has a dress code. The club typically does not allow t-shirts, baggy jeans, dirty sneakers. We have asked the club to please relax their dress code for tonight. We explained that most of the 311 crowd will be in t-shirts, jeans & sneakers. They are now aware of this. Hopefully the club will be cool and will relax the dress code.
But we don't control the club - and we can't guarantee what they will / won't allow.

311 / CHI of DEFTONES
Deftones have now launched a benefit auction in support of their bassist Chi Cheng. Chi has been in a semi-conscious state since being involved in a horrific car accident in November 2008, and his family has accumulated an overwhelming amount of medical bills that insurance does not entirely cover. It is Deftones’ mission to raise significant funds to help ensure Chi's recovery by launching this benefit auction at www.charitybuzz.com.

Once again, we will have a 311 Fan Party on Wednesday, March 10th (the night before the big show) to celebrate 311 and to celebrate all the 311 fans traveling to Vegas from all over the world. The 311 Fan Party is a gathering place for like-minded dedicated 311 fans to meet each other and party together! If you've joined us before, you know just what we're talking about! It's a great vibe and a great time to meet fellow 311 fans, party to a great mix of 311 tunes and get pumped for the upcoming show! There will be drink specials and other surprises. This will be a great way to kick off the 311 Day celebration!! To avoid any confusion, 311 is NOT playing this event, but we will have a DJ rocking 311 tunes all night.
The Fan Party will be at JET / at the Mirage Hotel, Vegas Strip.

On Friday, March 12 (the day after the big show), The 311 Beach Party will feature a performance by The Wailers (Bob Marley's legendary band) playing all the Bob Marley classics!! This is a private event with tickets offered only to 311 fans via 311.com. The event takes place at Mandalay Bay's sandy beach & wave pool! You can lounge on the beach with a cold beer, swim, or just hang out & enjoy the sunset with 311 fans from all over the world...listening to reggae jams that we all know and love. After the Wailers, we'll have a DJ spinning great party tunes. There is a bar and grill for all your food and beverage needs out on the beach. Come get irie!

311's fall is underway. 20 shows across 15 states. The band is playing smaller venues in a number of cities and they are playing some places they have not been too in awhile, like Maine, Connecticut, Miami, Minnesota, etc. Catch them while you can! 311 are going to blow it up big with a Saturday night show in their hometown of Omaha, and a Friday night show in the great city of New Orleans! And lets not forget about 2 shows in NYC over Thanksgiving Weekend! The band is pumped to get back on the road. See you at the shows!!!
