  okay Rage fans, Tom Zack, Tom or Brad, whoever. Need some input. Been coming home the same way in Kawasaki Japan and seen more and more homeless people. I tolerated it but enough is enough! My mate and I have this "crazy" idea to set up a sort of big "picnic" with music and food and stuff. The thing is the Japanese are sometimes too proud to accept help, but in a party, they'll take anything. SO party it is. I'm am musician myself so I can get it started.
