SANGRE ETERNA is Chris Kontos (Machine Head, Testament,Exodus) on drums, world published tattoo artist Karl Fisher on vocals, John Forcina on guitar,and bay area legend Craig Locicero (Forbidden, Death) on guitar. In october '05 SANGRE ETERNA entered Trident Studios with Engineer/Producer Juan Urteaga, four days later their first metal offering was complete, the “Swine of the Times” demo. SANGRE ETERNA take their cues from classic bands such as Iron Maiden, Exodus, Slayer, Mercyful Fate, Cro-Mags, and vintage Metallica as well as newer bands like Himsa, All That Remains, Lamb of God and Shadows Fall. The sound that comes from SANGRE ETERNA is powerful, complex and catchy. “Strong, brutal, driving and relentless” are some of the terms that have been used to describe SANGE ETERNA and the music they present. 2006 will see SANGRE ETERNA playing local shows in their native bay area with Rigor Mortis, Exodus and more! This band is set to do the leg work in order to bring what they have to offer to fans of heavy music in as many places as possible.
