  When the Wailing Jennys came with Garrison Keillor to Blossom back in July for that live performance, they also performed an aftershow little side concert towards the front of the music center. The last song that they sang was "Bold Riley", which I had just heard that morning while listening to a Kate Rusby CD. Their voices were aligned with nature's inner core, I swear, which was also helped by the fact that their was a double rainbow overhead from a mighty rainstorm that had just gone ove... More... Of the few times this has happened, I can officially say my soul was at peace with the entire world, and I can die happy now.

  I just saw the jennys for the first time tonight.. i had never seen or heard of them before (i had to go for a class i am taking) and they are so amazing. I instantly fell in love. as soon as i got home i bought all of their cds off of itunes, i would've boughten them at the concert but they were sold out. They are so amazing.

  I saw the Jennys on Saturday night at the Chan Centre. It was a beautiful room for their incredible voices. They closed the show with an un-mic'd rendition of "The Parting Glass." No amplification - just the three of them in pitch perfect harmony in a fantastic acoustic environment. I wish I could have bottled that moment up and kept it forever.

  Heather is absolutely fabulous! She has an incredibly rich alto voice, and I can't wait for an album featuring her! I have heard her in concert doing some of the songs from Firecracker and she works really well with Ruth and Nicky. You won't be disappointed!

  So, I just got Firecracker and I absolutely love it...particularly Annabelle's songs. Has anyone heard them with Heather instead of Annabelle?

  I was blessed to hear them on a Lake Wobegone show on TV. My wife and I were hypnotized by the harmonies. We can't wait to see you live. We just don't know were to see you yet. Thank you and God bless you for using your passion and talent to bring joy and peace to others.
